Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sami.lucky007@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must meet the same conditions as stated above: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
